About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the upkeep and operational performance of our physical facilities. This includes buildings, machinery, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and reliability engineering, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans to ensure facility efficiency.
- Lead the development and execution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs.
- Collaborate with operations, safety, finance, and HR teams to align strategies with company growth and vision.
- Mentor and manage the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, with leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
