Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manufacturing Production Manager to lead our dynamic manufacturing team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for achieving operational excellence through strategic manpower planning, collaborative work environment, and continuous improvement.

• Team Leadership: Generate a shared commitment to the organization, building morale, and encouraging ownership of mission, goals, and values.
• Lead and motivate a manufacturing team by implementing strategic manpower plans and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee the complete talent management cycle, including recruitment, developing talented people, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide continuous training to new and existing team members to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards.
• Organize and facilitate weekly department meetings to discuss challenges, new initiatives, and collective goals.
• Production: Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with production goals.
• Prioritize and execute tasks to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
• Align manpower and materials to optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supplies for production needs.
• Streamline process flow within physical operations and ERP systems.
• Quality and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement within the department.
• Identify and implement process improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Champion and maintain 5S practices to create an organized and efficient work environment.
• Execute health and safety programs and enforce critical safety and quality standards.

• Minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
• Ability to read and write in Spanish preferred.

Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Temperature varies due to outdoor conditions caused by open doors and garages.

Regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.

This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, flexible schedule required, 40 hours per week.

No travel is expected for this position.
