FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Front Desk Coordinators are often the first impression a patient has of Olympia Chiropractic and Physical Therapy. Working in the front line of communications, you interact and build relationships with patients, insurance providers, and medical professionals to create a streamlined scheduling and financial workflow. Strong hospitality focus, organization, flexibility, time-management, and can-do attitude will provide day-to-day success. Front Desk Coordinators are integral to a team committed to bettering the lives of their patients and community.

Daily tasks include answering phones, scheduling appointments for new and recurring patients, collecting copays, insurance verifications, pre-authorizations and submitting claims.
Schedule is a mix of morning and evening shifts with alternating Saturday mornings.
MUST HAVES
- High School Diploma
- Exceptional communication skills and positive, can-do attitude
- Previous healthcare office experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
