Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Media Marketing Coordinator to manage and enhance our brand presence across digital and retail platfo rms. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content, maintaining our social media channels, and ensuring brand consistency across marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a skilled photographer and videographer with a passion for storytelling and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content calendar with at least three engaging social media posts per week.
- Manage and maintain Olympia Coffee’s, Moonrise Bakery, and Oliver’s Custom Coffee's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Capture high-quality, on-brand photography and video for digital marketing, retail store signage, promotional materials, and branded merchandise.
- Photograph new products for use on OlympiaCoffee.com, email campaigns, and social media.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive photo archive for easy access by internal teams.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in photography, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong photography and video editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, etc.) and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of branding and design principles.
- Experience in content creation, including writing compelling captions and crafting engaging social media strategies.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Passion for specialty coffee and an understanding of coffee culture is a plus.
