SUMMARY
The Bartender creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests when at the Club for a private or Club-sponsored event. Responsible for providing five-star member dining and exceeding member expectations while ensuring compliance with all local and state laws and Club policies and procedures for serving alcohol. While executing member and club-hosted events.

Requirements
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Prior bartending experience preferred.
- Basic math skills.
- Cash-handling experience.
- Knowledge of essential food preparation and knife skills.
- 21 years old.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Fluent, in written and conversational, English.
- Experienced computer user.
- Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Clubhouse and patio areas.
- Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 60 lbs
EXPECTED WORK HOURS
- Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Expected work season mid-April December
- Shifts start as early as 6:00 am and end as late as 2:00 am.
- Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10 hours.
