SUMMARY
The Cook is responsible for the highest freshness, preparation, and presentation of all food served for the Club’s restaurants and private event venues, ensuring a five-star member dining experience and member expectations are exceeded.

- Knowledge of food professional principles and practices, including understanding food allergies.
- Exceptional cooking skills.

Requirements
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 1 to 3 years prior experience as a cook, prep-cook, line-cook, preferred.
- 18 years old.
- Fluent in written and conversational English.
- Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.
- Must stand for long periods and move freely through the Club’s kitchens.
- Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs.
EXPECTED WORK HOURS
- This is a partial-year or seasonal position with a full-time schedule (32 hours per week)
- Daily shifts are available starting as early as 6:00 am and ending as late as 8:00 pm.
- Should be open to a flexible schedule based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10 hours.
