Summary
The Guest Services Support Specialist is responsible for creating and ensuring a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club's members and guests throughout the Club property. Responsible for the overall asset protection, loss prevention, and member well-being during peak member periods, the evening, and overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Conducts security checks and patrols of Club property. Documents observations using Guard Metrics.
- Ensures guest requests and needs are correctly filled and promptly completed.
- Ensures proper documentation of observations while on duty.
- Monitors access to the Club through the Front gate, Colony gate, and Metra gate to ensure only authorized individuals access the Club Property. Politely detours unauthorized visitors from Club Property.
- Monitors the Club’s video surveillance systems.
- Ensures compliance with the Club’s Rules & Regulations and Club By-Laws. Escalate concerns and issues to the appropriate Senior leadership team member as needed.
- Serves as the gatekeeper of the Club. Stays current on Club Rules & Regulations, Club By-laws, Employee Policies & Procedures, and all club happenings. Provides an excellent first impression and is well-informed.
- Assists departments with deescalating member issues as needed. Ensuring the well-being of members, guests, and Club employees until first responders arrive.
- Is crossed-trained in the role of the Guest Services Representative.
- Resolves member problems and concerns quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Serves as a guide to members and guests for navigating the Club property.
- Serves as the point of contact for first responders, when a member of the Senior Leadership team is not present.
Requirements

Education & Experience
- 2 to 3 year relevant work experience.
- Training or certification as an unarmed security guard.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Experienced computer user, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluent, written and conversational, English.
Expected Work Hours
- This is a seasonal, part-time position (less than 32 hours per week).
- Overnight shift, 8:00pm-4:00am. Mid-day and afternoon shifts available based on business needs, 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm
- Should have consistent availability from week to week.
- Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
