The General Manager maximizes hotel value by achieving revenue growth, expense control, excellent guest service and maximization of human resources. This position develops and / or maintains all hotel operations consistent with Olympia Hotel Management values and standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food & beverage, mastering the art of service and culinary excellence, and has since expanded their expertise to include general management. This is not a 9-to-5, Monday-through-Friday role—it’s a chance to be deeply engaged, working alongside a dedicated team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Pay range : $130,000-$150,000 per year plus bonus

Experience / Education
Minimum of 5 years of leadership in both F&B and hotel operations, as well as a college degree and / or equivalent work experience required.
Performance Measurement
Financial Results, Guest Service Scores, Inspections, and STAR Reports; 90 Day performance review, on-going feedback from supervisor, attendance, productivity, feedback from others.
