Our automotive group is seeking an experienced Parts Director to oversee the parts departments of our Olympia Kia and Olympia Subaru dealerships. We're looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing parts teams.
Job Summary:
As a Parts Director, you will be responsible for leading the parts departments of both Olympia Kia and Olympia Subaru, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement effective strategies to optimize parts inventory, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiency.
Parts Director Job Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the parts teams at both dealerships
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform parts inventory and pricing decisions
Manage budgets, forecasts, and inventory levels to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental goals are met

Parts Director Qualifications
3 years of experience as a Parts Manager or Director in a new car franchise environment
Experience with Car Import Manufacturers, preferably KIA or Subaru
Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
