Tent Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Installers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products and systems (such as tents, dance floors, tables, chairs, etc.) ensuring that all installations meet company standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install products and systems according to specifications and guidelines provided by the company.
• Conduct site assessments prior to installation to ensure proper planning and execution.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during installations.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Be able to lift and maneuver heavy objects while loading, unloading, and installing equipment.

Experience

• Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to drive a trailer is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Punctuality and dependability is crucial.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job assignments.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $21.75 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
