Summary
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing search engine strategies to enhance organic visibility for the Olympia and Wesley brands.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify strategic opportunities aligned with Olympia’s goals and patient needs.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content structure for improved search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Rank Math to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage technical SEO audits and coordinate with web development teams to resolve issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors.
- Stay up to date with evolving SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure continued growth in organic traffic.
- Report on SEO performance regularly, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Education and Experience
- College Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or another relevant field. Bachelors degree encouraged
- Minimum of 2 years of applied technical experience
- Experience and proficiency in WordPress
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools
- Experience and proficiency with Google performance tools
