Responsibilities

- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Utilize SAGE100 for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAGE100.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in proofreading documents for accuracy is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with personal assistant duties is a plus, as well as any background in dental reception or office management.
- Must be bilingual- English and Spanish
