What are the responsibilities and job description for the XCEL Gymnastics Team Coach position at Olympia-Team Central Gymnastics?
The Xcel coach will report directly to the Head Xcel Coach. Performance expectations include, but are not limited to: Safety, Vision, Leadership, Training, Curriculum, Customer Satisfaction, Teamwork, and Company Image. Olympia/Team Central coaches are responsible for building confidence and self-esteem, while helping athletes learn proper gymnastics to the best of their ability in a safe, fun environment. Coaches are also responsible for exceptional customer care and professional conduct.
