Licensure: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse license required.

What you’ll do?
- Provide direct resident care, treatment, and medication to our residents.
- Perform an assessment evaluation and a complete in-depth physical examination using assessment techniques including observation, inspection, auscultation, percussion, and palpation.
- Consult with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services
- Maintain records of the nursing care given to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Identify abnormal diagnostic data and show a fundamental understanding of its implications by reporting information to the physician and others caring for the patient, and by incorporating information in the nursing care plan.
- What you’ll need to be successful?
- Active LPN license in the State of Washington.
- Knowledge of nursing care methods/procedures and emergency care
- Ability to prioritize tasks/responsibilities and respond to change quickly and productively.
- Ability to relate effectively with residents, public, and colleagues.
- CPR and Basic Life Support Certification is required.

Pay: $34.88 - $40.00 per hour
