Program Coordinator - Shelton Campus Salary: $41,724- $55,584**Classification: Program CoordinatorReports to: Program Specialist 5 Under general direction and supervision of the Program Specialist 5, the Program Coordinator performs a variety of clerical projects and tasks to support the Shelton campus students, staff, and faculty using knowledge and experience specific to the OC Shelton campus. This position will on occasion represent the Shelton campus on councils, and committees and report back to ensure the Shelton campus is a participant in college activities as per the OC Board of Trustees goals. The Program Coordinator is expected to exercise independent judgement in interpreting and applying OC policies, rules, and regulations
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Serve as front desk support by answering phones and assisting students, staff, faculty, and community members.Advise and direct visitors, identify their needs, provide information, and direct them to applicable resources.Perform complex word processing tasks, including creating promotional materials, flyers, and event announcements by merging and integrating text with graphics, spreadsheets, and databases.Create and maintain organized filing systems using physical files, spreadsheets, and database tools.Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure functional office equipment is available for faculty, staff, and students.Serve as the initial contact for program participants, providing information regarding policies, activities, and resources.Collaborate and assist with all aspects of CampusCE, including data tracking, student technical issues, payment verification, refunds, and collaboration with pertinent OC departments.Review documents and forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies and procedures, explaining necessary actions for approval or compliance.

Only candidates who are currently authorized to work in the United States will be considered.This is a full-time classified position scheduled to work 40 hours a week, with a salary range of $41,724 - $55,584 annually. All classified positions will start their salary at Step A, when you have completed six months of probation, you will receive a 5 percent pay increase. A collective bargaining agreement exists, and this position is covered by the Washington Public Employees Associate (WPEA) Union.
