This position supports the program’s recruitment, outreach, registration, advising, and reporting functions while working closely with program participants, staff, and outside entities. This position manages, monitors, and tracks program standards, participant eligibility, and academic progress for dual credit students (CTE, CiHS, Running Start), including potential program participants. This position manages and completes all Memorandums of Understandings (MOUs), articulation agreements, and billing with the high schools and districts. This position resolves complex problems or issues that arise.
Essential Functions
- Maintain articulation agreements, program applications, course registrations, and transcription of eligible dual credit to ensure program integrity and quality assurance.
- Prepare the annual Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Agreement, with any proposed changes to policy and WSEC billing for partner districts
- Assist students and high school stakeholders with SERS account creation, course registration, and entering grades.
- Transcribe eligible dual credits earned by high school students; print transcripts, and prepare letters to go out to students that have earned credit along, with a copy of their unofficial transcript.
- Monitor articulation agreement coverage periods and initiate renewals as required, and track articulation agreements approval progress and facilitate the process as needed.
- Maintain the Programs of Study inventory for the CTE program.
- Monitor Olympic College initiated course changes that may impact existing articulation agreements and recommend resolution for complex problems and issues related to the program.
- Review students’ dual credit information and assess possible needs to develop a student success plan at Olympic College.
Provide direct customer service for Dual Credit program to ensure program integrity and quality assurance.
Provide budget monitoring, compliance reporting, and other reporting support for Dual Credit Program.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree with 2 years' experience in a higher education environment
- Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite
- Adherence to and knowledge of FERPA.

Terms of Employment
This is a full-time classified position scheduled to work 40 hours per week, with a salary range of $56,880 - 76,608. All classified positions will start their salary at Step A, when you have completed six months of probation, you will receive a 5 percent pay increase. A collective bargaining agreement exists, and this position is covered by the Washington Public Employees Associate (WPEA) Union. Classified positions qualify for the following benefits:
