Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Maintenance in all areas on the property
- Maintain property and units in good condition
- Perform physical labor and custodial duties as needed
Requirements:
- Professional appearance
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer/technology skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
Maintenance Requirements:
- Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
Software Programs Utilized (Experience preferred, not required):
