• Weekend Premium                                                 $4.00/hour
• Lead Premium                                                         $3.25/hour
• Preceptor Pay                                                          $1.00/hour
• Per Diem Premium                                                 15% (on base plus steps, in lieu of benefits)
• Certification Premium                                            $2.00/hour
