JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of the day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians Central Registration staff. Responsible to ensure that all representatives provide excellent customer service by employing OMC’s C.A.R.E. (Consideration, Acknowledgment, Respectfulness, Excellence) standards. Supervises the registration staff, leads staff meetings and participates in performance reviews, human resources counseling and disciplinary actions.

EDUCATION
- Associate of Arts degree, or 3 years associated work experience preferred.
- Experience in outpatient office procedures including registration, scheduling, referrals, and charge review required.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of clinical computer applications preferred.
- Two years’ experience in healthcare preferred.
