Shift Differentials:
- Evening $3.00/hour
- Night $5.00/hour
Premiums:
- Weekend Premium $4.50/hour
- Standby Premium $3.50/hour
- Lead Premium $1.50/hour
- Per Diem Premium 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position involves maintaining complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all payments, adjustments, and denials. Analyzes Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), balances insurance, patient, and collection agency payments, performs adjustments and credits as needed. Balances daily posting figures and prepares daily deposits. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are critical to this position. This position works closely with OMC Finance Department on a regular basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Six months previous medical cashiering experience preferred.
