Job Overview:

Olympic Supply Company, a trusted name in the bicycle industry, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assocaite to join our team. This is a physically active role, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders in a timely manner.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, counting, and organizing incoming shipments.
• Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean and orderly by stocking and rotating products as needed.
• Shipping and Receiving: Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with unloading and sorting deliveries.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for accuracy and damage before shipping.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and best practices when handling products and equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Dependability is of the highest priority
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and handling repetitive tasks.
• Ability to climb ladders and safely retrieve items from high shelves.
• Punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills for processing orders and inventory tracking.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
