Job Description
To assist in the picking/packing of finished goods, and the loading, unloading, and storage of both finished goods and raw materials.
Job Duties
- Pick and pack goods to ensure that they correspond with the pickticket received, and that the order is in accordance with customer guidelines.
- Manually load/unload deliveries of finished goods and raw materials.
- Store goods in appropriate section of warehouse as directed.
- Accurately process various transactions, utilizing warehouse management systems as necessary.
- Monitor product quality and report any problems to Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager.
- Maintain an acceptable level of productivity and maintain an accurate log of activity.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Observe all health, safety and hygiene rules.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Related work experience in warehousing and distribution preferred.
- Basic Math Skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Able to work overtime as needed in order to support the business needs.
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $13.68 - $17.78 / hour, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position, including level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
