At Olympus Counseling Services, we help new Certified Social Workers build a career they love. Located in Layton, Utah, our team provides therapy to teens, adults, and couples across Northern Utah with warmth, skill, and a strong sense of purpose. 🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide therapy for teens, adults, and/or couples
- Build a caseload of 15–30 clients per week at your pace
- Develop treatment plans and maintain progress notes
- Participate in weekly 1:1 supervision with a licensed therapist
- Option to work in-office, via telehealth, or a blend of both
- Engage in consults and team collaboration as you grow
🎯 Who We're Looking For:
- Active CSW license in Utah (or in progress)
- Strong desire to build clinical confidence and learn from experienced therapists
- Open to feedback, collaboration, and sharing ideas
- A natural helper with solid communication skills and emotional insight
