We are seeking an experienced Lease Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Olympus Energy's facilities and pipelines.
Main Duties:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on midstream, upstream, and pipeline facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate and supervise pigging operations to maintain efficient flow through the gathering system.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations by utilizing maintenance software.
- Develop and implement cathodic protection plans to mitigate corrosion damage.
- Analyze SCADA system data to optimize facility operations.
- Perform routine maintenance on compressors and production units, as well as sand separators.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pipelines and compressor facilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for successful team collaboration.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Physically fit to work at heights, use equipment safely, and navigate challenging environments.
- Adaptable and able to function effectively in fast-paced settings.
