Responsibilities :

Provide direct care and assistance to residents based on their individualized care plans.

Administer medications accurately and on schedule, maintaining proper documentation.

Regularly assess and record residents' vital signs, promptly reporting any concerns.

Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing immediate care.

Monitor residents' overall health and well-being, reporting any changes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' medical records.

Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.

Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control protocols.

Participate in ongoing training and educational programs.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred.

Valid Medical Technician certification if required.

Experience in assisted living or similar settings preferred.

Understanding of basic medical terminology and procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Genuine concern for the well-being of elderly residents.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Effective problem-solving skills in emergencies.

Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Willingness to work flexible schedules.

Compensation details : 20.5-22 Hourly Wage
