Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Dietary Manager. The position is located in Gresham, OR. The Certified Dietary Manager will be responsible for managing dietary operations, ensuring compliance with dietary regulations, planning and preparing nutritious meals, overseeing food service and food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. The role also involves monitoring inventory, budgeting, and ensuring high standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Dietetics and Nutrition
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage management
- Experience in Food Service operations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to follow dietary guidelines and menus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
