This role is part of the Global Sales Data Management & Reporting Team within the Customer Intelligence Division. You will work closely with technology providers to develop and implement project plans while ensuring smooth CRM configuration and integration.
- π Collaborate with technology providers to develop and manage project implementation plans.
- βοΈ Oversee CRM configuration and customization for the Business Unit.
- β Obtain approvals on CRM solution options from technical teams and stakeholders.
- π Ensure proper documentation and delivery of business requirements.
- π Provide guidance to the Sales Automation team, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- π Lead multiple data integrity projects to maintain accuracy.
- π€ Act as the primary liaison for internal customers, working with key partners.
- π Communicate integration needs with IT teams (e.g., IBM Watson, Power BI, Data Warehouse).
- π₯οΈ Preferred: Experience with Sabre queries & Siebel CRM platform.
π Education: Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience/training).
π Experience: 3 years in a Product Owner or similar role.
πΉ Preferred Qualifications:π Experience: 7 years in business process analysis, customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and revenue growth through technology integration.
π Tools: Proficiency in Rally (or similar project & defect tracking tools).
