📋 Job Description:

This role is part of the Global Sales Data Management & Reporting Team within the Customer Intelligence Division. You will work closely with technology providers to develop and implement project plans while ensuring smooth CRM configuration and integration.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

📌 Collaborate with technology providers to develop and manage project implementation plans.
⚙️ Oversee CRM configuration and customization for the Business Unit.
✅ Obtain approvals on CRM solution options from technical teams and stakeholders.
📝 Ensure proper documentation and delivery of business requirements.
🔍 Provide guidance to the Sales Automation team, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
📊 Lead multiple data integrity projects to maintain accuracy.
🤝 Act as the primary liaison for internal customers, working with key partners.
🔗 Communicate integration needs with IT teams (e.g., IBM Watson, Power BI, Data Warehouse).
🖥️ Preferred: Experience with Sabre queries & Siebel CRM platform.

🎓 Qualifications:🔹 Minimum Requirements:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience/training).

📅 Experience: 3 years in a Product Owner or similar role.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

📅 Experience: 7 years in business process analysis, customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and revenue growth through technology integration.

🛠 Tools: Proficiency in Rally (or similar project & defect tracking tools).

📊 Technical Skills:

✔️ CRM Platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Siebel)

✔️ Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, SQL, Access)

✔️ Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

✔️ Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Configuration & Customization – Certification Preferred)
