Position Overview:
As the Supply Chain Manager at Om, you will be the driving force behind our supply chain efficiency, ensuring products move seamlessly from sourcing to delivery. You’ll lead forecasting, inventory management, and vendor relationships, working cross-functionally to bring new products to market and scale operations. This hands-on role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver eager to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance agility as Om expands into new channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Demand Planning:
Oversee inventory forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels.
Balance supply and demand to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align production with sales forecasts.
Identify demand fluctuations and develop mitigation strategies.
Vendor & Supplier Management:
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to optimize cost and service.
Ensure quality standards align with company expectations.
Supply Chain Optimization & Efficiency:
Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective, scalable solutions.
Improve supply chain processes from sourcing to fulfillment.
Continuously refine supply chain strategies to support growth.
Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with the VP of Operations to align supply chain goals with broader business initiatives.
Provide insights and data to support customer service and marketing teams.
Ensure smooth integration of new product launches.
Support SKU rationalization and inventory lifecycle management.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Track and improve key supply chain KPIs (inventory levels, fill rates, out-of-stocks).
Provide performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
Continuously monitor and optimize supply chain metrics.
Day-to-Day Operations Support:
Oversee inventory, vendor relations, and fulfillment logistics.
Troubleshoot bottlenecks and resolve operational issues.
Manage production and purchase orders to maintain inventory targets.
Lead month-end inventory reconciliation with finance.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations within food, supplements, or consumer goods.
Proven success in vendor management, inventory control, and process improvement.
Experience in co-manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics.
Expertise in supply chain principles, forecasting, and inventory management.
Strong negotiation and vendor management
Proficiency in ERP, WMS, 3PL OMS, and Excel-based models.
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and communication
Ability to travel up to 25%, including monthly travel to our office in Vista, CA
Education & Tools:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
APICS certification is a plus.
Experience in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, and e-commerce supply chains is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits
This full-time role will receive a competitive salary + benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k match. This position's anticipated annual pay range is $125,000-$135,000 plus bonus. Various factors are considered when determining an individual's compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, education, certifications, experience, professional licenses, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed. We neither ask for nor consider the salary history of applicants.

Our company is located in Vista, CA, however, we are open to remote candidates based on the West Coast for this position.
