As a valued member of our team, your days will involve:
- Extending a warm greeting and efficiently checking in patients as they arrive.
- Managing patient appointments with care and attention to detail, including scheduling and confirmations.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date patient information within our electronic system.
- Being a helpful point of contact by answering phone calls and thoughtfully responding to patient inquiries.
- Providing support with insurance processes.
- Facilitating seamless referrals to specialists and following up to ensure excellent patient care.
- Contributing to a pleasant and well-maintained reception area.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction
