What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Secretary position at Oma's Learning Center & Daycare Inc.?
Duties for Childcare Assistant Office Manager (included, but not limited to):
- Assist in handling day to day operations
- Assist in maintaining center paperwork
- Assist in facilitating the transportation program to include driving the van
- Ensure compliance with childcare laws
- Assist in developing curriculum
- Open and close center (varies)
- Order office supplies, if needed
- Interact with parents, if needed
Experience:
- Management experience – 4-5 years (preferred)
- Some Day care center experience – 1-2 years (preferred)
Education:
- High school diploma-(required)
Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office Suite Skills
- Ability to use the internet
- Team player
