Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with the marketing team, as well as peers in sales and customer experience, to communicate Omada’s brand and product value propositions. The Senior Creative Strategy Manager will support sales efforts, drive content efficiency, and establish creative guidelines that reflect the brand’s voice and objectives.
To excel, the Senior Creative Strategy Manager must confidently present creative concepts and narratives to diverse stakeholders. They must exhibit exceptional creative judgment and produce content with the highest standards, tailored to the specific requirements of each medium. Additionally, they will develop a strong understanding of buyer and consumer challenges, creating innovative, conceptual solutions to address these needs and actively contribute to creative problem-solving.

About you :
- You have a customer-obsessed entrepreneurial spirit and work well in a rapidly changing environment with an ability to prioritize efforts that will improve the customer experience.
- Exceptional storyteller with a proven track record of developing award-winning, multi-channel campaigns.
- Troubleshooter, optimizer, always looking to improve, not shying away from disruptive approaches, and always defining success first.
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, both agency and in-house teams developing customer centric creative.
- 15 years of experience in narrative / copy creation with a consistent brand voice across print and digital mediums including websites and social media.
- Deep experience with campaign development and building strong brands with differentiating creative in the market.
- Breadth of a portfolio demonstrating experience in understanding customer insights and applying those insights to develop memorable narratives that distill complex concepts for multiple audiences.
- Intimate understanding of design, copy, and web best practice guidelines.
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
- Experience managing large volumes of content creation, including production work.
- Steady focus on getting the work done, on time with the highest standards and quality controls.
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.
