HVAC Account Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead sales efforts across a designated territory. This role will focus on growing business through HVAC equipment, parts, and supply sales while building lasting relationships with contractors and customers. You’ll play a key role in both acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones to ensure long-term success. This position offers performance-based bonuses and incentives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Territory Strategy: Assess your assigned territory and develop targeted sales initiatives to win over new customers and convert competitor accounts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with current customers while proactively establishing new ones.
- Customer Experience: Take the lead on resolving customer concerns and providing top-tier service.
- Account Ownership: Serve as the go-to contact for your accounts and ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Business Development: Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to increase revenue from existing clients.
- Collaboration: Participate in regular sales meetings to align on goals, share updates, and troubleshoot challenges.
- Digital Integration: Present and support digital tools and solutions to enhance customer engagement and service.
What You Bring:
- A proven track record in sales, especially with new market development.
- Prior experience with industrial equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to influence and build trust.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Excel and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC sales or a related technical field preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive, positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
