Role Overview

The Senior Accountant plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations and company policies. This position collaborates closely with the accounting team to contribute to the financial health of the organization by ensuring strong financial controls and efficient accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis : Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger entries. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and contribute to the preparation of financial reports and statements. Support the annual external audit process.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation : Prepare and maintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Uphold internal controls, adhere to accounting standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in coordination with internal and external auditors, as well as legal and tax teams.
• Financial Business Partnering : Provide financial insights and analysis to local and regional management teams, supporting data-driven decision-making.
