Position: Weekend Receptionist Department: Guest Experience
Reports to: Group Sales Manager
Pay Range: $13.50 - $15.00 / hour Job Type: This is a part time, hourly position.
Schedule Weekly: Saturday and Sundays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Position Summary:
We are looking for an organized, energetic team player with strong interpersonal communication skills. The Receptionist is a first point of contact to greet and welcome guests who enter the Museum Administrative offices.
Your Role as a Part-Time Receptionist:
- Answer all incoming OCM phone calls on multi-line phone system, in a professional and courteous manner, and provide answers and direct calls to appropriate parties.
- Greet and welcome visitors and vendors to the Museum, distribute visitor passes.
- Provide information regarding Museum Events, Memberships, Exhibits, Camps, and, Birthday Parties, as well as phone sales for Birthday Parties and Camps.
- Assist in sales and renewals of Memberships and Welcome Fund Memberships.
- Receive package deliveries, inventory for departments and distribute.
- Maintain copy machine area, supply cabinets and office mailboxes
- Assist with Birthday Party set-up, execution, and tear down.
- Ensure admin office areas (waiting area, conference room) are maintained and welcoming.
Guest Engagement:
- Ability to communicate with Guests and Team members in a Direct, Respectful, and Confident manner, while maintaining Excellent Service
- Actively address Guest Questions, Feedback, Issues, or Concerns, and work to improve overall Guest Experience to meet their needs.
