Summary:
We're looking for a sales person to join our team as Leasing Agent. Your primary focus will be on handling leasing tasks such as scheduling appointments, engaging with potential residents, and conducting property tours to help them find their perfect home, and achieving our business goals. Must be willing to work some Saturdays. Bonuses paid for goals met.
Qualifications:
- At least one year in a sales role
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of real estate a plus
- Have a Smartphone for navigation during property showings
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude
- Travel to appointments primarily in a company vehicle
- Look after the presentation of each unit or property in preparation for each showing
- Connect with people and ensure their comfort during property showings
- Help applicants understand the on-boading process and their lease
