Omaha's Premier Property Management has been operating in the Omaha area for over 30 years. We are currently looking for members to join our Maintenance Team. Responsibilities and Duties:
- On-call (Primary - one day a week, one weekend a month)
- General Maintenance & Repair
- Basic Electrical Work
- Basic Plumbing
- Some Carpentry
- Repair, Mud & Tape Drywall
- Drain Clearing Experience a plus
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to use a Ladder [Can't be afraid of Heights]
- Ability to lift 50 lbs required.
Transportation & Equipment:
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle with Current Tags [Mileage is paid for]
- Current Car Insurance
- Tools needed to complete the Work
