Coordinates and assists the Receiving Supervisor with daily responsibilities of the department. Enters receiving data into computer system and verifies for accuracy.

Coordinates and assists the Receiving Supervisor with daily responsibilities of the department. Enters receiving data into computer system and verifies for accuracy.
- Performs all computer transfers of incoming and outgoing product and IS adjustments. Checks inventory transfer sheet for accuracy. Notes product damage on incoming trailers and internal damage and enters information on the appropriate spreadsheets. Sends photos of damaged product to the necessary parties if needed. Logs temperatures of all incoming trailers.
- Completes and verifies the accuracy of all purchase orders which include but not limited to supplies, dry ice, and coolers. Makes notes of any variances and contacts the appropriate party
- Responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as excess ice report, label pull report, gift box adjustments, usage reports, packaging report, repack reports and monthly poly count report.
- Assist with the monthly inventory process by entering counts and recounts into quantel. Audits the inventory transfer report for accuracy.
- Updates performance tracking reports for the receiving department and ensures that emails for special orders and courier orders are communicated and distributed to the appropriate personnel.
- Other duties as requested including translating for HR, Safety and other departments as requested. Entering employee orders as needed.
- Covers for the Receiving Coordinator during time-off.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Must be able to understand and follow directions accurately.
- 6 months of Receiving and Inventory experience is desirable
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- AS400 is preferred but not required
