Temporary Receiving Clerk

Location: 11340 S 153rd St, Omaha NE 68138

Schedule:

• This is a temporary position, from November - January, 5am or 5pm until finish. Be prepared to work 7 days a week, up to 12 hour shifts, in the month of December (off holidays).
• Hours are based on company needs

Job Summary:

Inspects, unloads and processes incoming shipments of inventory and materials and records counts. Loads outgoing shipments for various inventory and material movement.

Essential job duties include:

• Responsible for accurately receiving all contents safely either dry or frozen and ensures proper count and product specs are recorded.
• Counts and verifies physical inventory and monitors IOH reports and fixes any discrepancies with the Supervisor.
• Responsible for accurately receiving all dry ice while making sure proper weight and product specs, records information on receiving sheets and transfers to a storage room in a timely manner.
• Accurately receives all non-perishable products which include catalogs, cookbooks, dry goods, and premium items and then records counts/proper specs and turns into Supervisor.
• Responsible for accurately rotating stock and maintaining the integrity of the product by ensuring its stored in proper temp environment.
• Performs other duties such as cleaning and level pallets for inventory and repacking damaged product.
• Operate a Forklift and Power Jack

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be at least 18 years age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience running a Forklift and Power Jack
• Must be able to understand and follow directions accurately and perform basic math skills
• 6 months experience with receiving and inventory and ok working in non-climate control warehouse
• Familiar with AS400 a plus
