Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills. The Customer Service Representative has the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks for the most efficient use of time while being able to keep deadlines. This position requires a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and maturity. Naturally driven to help customers with questions and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities
- Coordinate staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- New hire orientation and paperwork
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Design and implement filing systems
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
- Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
- Analyze and monitor internal processes
- Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions
