We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing sales projects, working with insurance companies, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. This position requires a combination of sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing and other lead-generation techniques.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain our services and the sales process.
• Train and support canvassers in sales techniques.
• Manage sales projects from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Meet with insurance companies for adjustments and negotiations related to sales projects.
• Create detailed reports, scope of work, and contracts for homeowners.
• Upsell warranties and additional services to improve homes.
• Follow pricing sheets and guidelines for accurate estimates.
• Attend regular in-house meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and drama-free work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and dedication to customer service.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or insurance-related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM software for project management and reporting.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to learn and understand roofing and siding materials and techniques for effective sales presentations.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-Time.
• 10% commission on total revenue for beginner representatives.
• Monthly bonus structure.
• $600 gas card.
• Performance-based bonuses at the end of the year.
