What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA Personal Care Assistant position at Ombi Home Care Services, LLC?
Delivers quality hands-on personal care services to the Agency's clients as established by the Plan of Care to enable clients to remain in their own homes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Bathing in bed, tub, shower, or sponge bath.
- Care of the teeth and mouth.
- Toileting—bedpan or urinal, commode, or toilet.
- Dressing and undressing.
- Safe transfer techniques, ambulation, and positioning.
- Assisting with self-administered medications
- Makes and changes bed.
- Cleans bedroom, bathroom, and rooms used primarily by the client.
- Cleans personal laundry in the absence of available and able family member.
- Cleans kitchen and washes dishes after preparing the client’s meal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.41 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
