Job Title: Full Time Administrative Assistant
Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant at Ombra will be responsible for supporting the team in various capacities, including but not limited to general administrative duties, calendar and travel itineraries and new employee onboarding . This role requires excellent computer and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:· Data entry
· Schedule meetings
· Create and update travel itineraries
· Set up new employee laptops and email accounts
· Customer service
Competencies
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to follow directions and handle multiple assignments
· Solid organizational and time management skills
Education and Experience· GED or high school diploma
· Previous administrative experience preferred
Physical Requirements· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
