Position Overview:

At Ombud, we're not just building a software platform – we're revolutionizing how businesses operate. We transform chaos into context, bringing clarity and efficiency to our clients' operations. We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering Manager to lead our engineering efforts as we build a cutting-edge Orchestrated Revenue Operations platform. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our AI Co-Pilots, Ombuddies, transforming how RevOps teams interact with technology to drive efficiency and growth.

Requirements:

• Lead the product engineering team in designing, building, and maintaining our ORO platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define engineering roadmaps, set priorities, and deliver high-quality features.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the engineering team.
• Ensure the architecture and technical decisions support the strategic vision and product scalability.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and processes are followed.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers, providing clear and constructive feedback and creating growth opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure alignment and cohesiveness of product strategy.
• Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS platforms, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development and web technologies.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly in the context of automation and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Agile methodology proponent with a track record of managing agile, cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $140,000
