The Senior Associate, Digital Activation is the day‐to‐day steward on the business and is on the front lines of developing and activating both tactical and custom digital recommendations to meet our clients’ goals. They are a Digital native, curious about unique emerging opportunities and prepared to provide a point‐of‐view, recommendation, and optimization recommendations based on campaign performance. Senior Associates are the primary contributor to the development of the Associate(s), guiding them through the fundamentals of the planning process (inclusive of partner evaluation, negotiation, reporting, optimization, insight generation, billing, etc.), while also being a key touchpoint to stakeholders across the organization and the client for day-to-day management and support. The key difference between the Senior Associate role and the Associate is the ability to function independently, maintaining the workflow of planning, execution, and stewardship of campaigns.

Compensation Range
$65,000—$65,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Qualifications
- 1 years of work experience; recent and proven experience in a hands-on-keyboard digital activation role required; other digital advertising such as analytics, direct, search and/or social a plus.
- Experience creating and managing campaigns in platform user interfaces, optimizing towards different KPI’s
- 1 years of digital media buying, negotiation and implementation experience in an agency environment is required
- Strong advanced knowledge of Microsoft software tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Aptitude for mathematical concepts and an understanding of the digital marketplace
- Attention to detail in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment
- Track record of being a fast learner or being able to understand big picture - Critical thinker and problem solver
- Able to understand the application and use of industry tools such as DDS/Prisma, ComScore, Nielsen, AdViews, eMarketer, etc.
- Advanced understanding and experience with Ad Trafficking (DoubleClick specific, but experience with additional ad servers is a plus) and Verification partners (IAS/DV/Moat/etc.)
- Experience curating and troubleshooting inventory from both public and private sources
- Understanding of various audience data sources and experience with building audiences - Confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills
- Experience in one or more key social search or DSP’s platforms a plus OMD is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
- Experience working with media vendors end-to-end from planning to activation. This includes developing media briefs and RFPs, vetting vendor proposals, negotiating pricing, and activating buys by trafficking tags, confirming delivery, and monitoring performance on an ongoing basis.
- Experience actively setting up and managing buys in a programmatic DSP platform. DV360 is preferred, but not mandatory. Also hands on keyboard experience with monitoring, pacing, and optimizing campaigns.
- Has experience in Excel with reviewing and analyzing data to develop and present actionable optimizations and insights.
- Understands how to pull and actualize billing on a monthly basis. Prisma/MediaOcean experience not required, but preferred.
- Extremely strong organizational skills and is able to maintain a high attention to detail.
- Experience leading status meetings and driving project activities
- Experience managing or mentoring another team member
- Historical experience with Prisma.
- Historical experience using taxonomy naming structures when setting up campaigns.
- Experience across alternate digital channels including Paid Search and Paid Social.
- Experience working across multiple lines of business at once.
- Comfortable voicing point of view, and confident engaging in discussion in group settings
