The Data Operations team provides oversight of the data generated throughout the campaign delivery and performance optimization throughout its lifecycle. They will also work with other internal practice teams of Digital Analytics, Planning, and Digital Investment. You will provide oversight of all digital media buys to ensure that they are following process, purchased, and inputted according to organizational standards. This role requires a strong familiarity with all available analytics and technology tools, both syndicated and proprietary. Candidate must have a mindset towards fostering processes through automation.

Compensation Range
$45,000—$45,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Requirements
- Experience in data governance and data quality processes in a data warehousing, ETL and business intelligence environment preferred
- Demonstrates strong eye/attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
- Comfortable working with budgets and numbers
- Advanced Excel data manipulation skills (or equivalent in another data language such as Python, SQL or Redshift) is a bonus
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of processes across multiple media channels (digital, search, social, offline, etc.); Experience in handling diverse datasets (paid media, owned, etc.) is a bonus
- Media Agency experience is a bonus
Associate will be responsible for ingestion, harmonization, and QA of cross platform digital and offline media datasets.
- Build and maintain media dashboards via Tableau, Datorama or the equivalent BI platform
- Analyze data and consult with subject matter experts to design and develop Business Rules for data processing
- Maintain ongoing management and stewardship of data management, processing, and reporting
- Familiarity with programming languages like Excel, Python, SQL is a must
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Datorama, and PowerBI is bonus
- Familiarity with project management tools like HIVE, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Teams is a bonus
- Experience with advertising media platforms such as DCM, DV360, Google Ads, DoubleVerify, IAS, TradeDesk, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok and Prisma is a bonus
- Familiarity with Media Planning platforms such as MediaTools/Lumina/Hudson is a bonus
