Responsibilities
We are seeking a superstar that specializes in programmatic and are well-versed on DSP selection, programmatic tactics. You are a solution-seeker who is always willing to jump over obstacles to bring the work from good to great and is highly skilled in your craft and courageous in approach.
You would be called upon to bring inspiration, smarts and clarity to programmatic planning – i.e., someone who sets an agenda teams can happily and confidently take action on. We would challenge you to continuously raise the bar on our programmatic product, helping clients and partners develop more creative media solutions to business challenges plan after plan. You’re a highly skilled self-starter who is organized and confident in your abilities that isn’t afraid to share opinions and new perspectives.
Overall, we’d look to you as a convincing expert and persuasive voice who can sell programmatic ideas and strategies to clients and agency partners.
You’ll work hand in hand with the Sr. Programmatic Analyst, partnering with the strategy/planning teams and reporting into the Director, Digital.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of programmatic is a must, with hands on keyboard experience with DV360 and Verizon (Yahoo)
- Comfort level with data, analytics and measurement
- Comfortable engaging with and presenting to clients
- Well-rounded thinker – equally strong conceptual, analytical and executional thinker
- Confident manager with the ability to mentor and inspire the team
- Strong organizational skills and project management to drive effective results
- A passion for tech and innovation
This is the pay range ($110,000-$120,000) the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
