The Associate, Investment Activation should be passionate and inquisitive about media, have an eagerness to learn and work well within a team environment. He/she is responsible for supporting the video team in various regards, from linear and digital campaign maintenance to reporting and client deliverables. With supervision from the Senior Associate, the Associate manages the activation of video campaigns, campaign trafficking, buy entry and post campaign reconciliation. The Associate is also responsible for engaging and establishing relationships with vendors and learning about the video marketplace. Additional responsibilities include:
Compensation Range
$45,000—$45,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

With supervision from the Senior Associate, the Associate manages the activation of video campaigns, campaign trafficking, buy entry and post campaign reconciliation. The Associate is also responsible for engaging and establishing relationships with vendors and learning about the video marketplace. Additional responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of status sheets, development of meeting recaps, process trackers, etc.
- Ensure campaigns launch smoothly, troubleshoot issues and assist with campaign status validation (screenshots, live links etc.)
- Prioritization of day to day task across multiple brand(s) and campaigns
- Attending publisher meetings, developing an understanding of the video marketplace and building strong relationships within the vendor community
- Attending training sessions/webinars to become fluent in media tools and platforms
- Retrieve creative specifications from publishers and coordinate with creative agencies for asset delivery and campaign launch
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Advertising, Marketing, Communications and/or related field
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- An eagerness and passion to learn more about digital media
- Comfort level with speaking in front of others
- Excellent verbal and writing skills - Strong attention to detail
