The Senior Associate, Video Investment is the day‐to‐day steward on the business and is on the front lines of developing and activating both tactical and custom Video recommendations to meet our clients’ goals. You are video savvy, curious about unique emerging opportunities and prepared to provide a point‐of‐view, recommendation, and optimization recommendations based on campaign performance. In addition, you are the primary contributor to the development of the Associates guiding them through the fundamentals of the buying process (inclusive of partner evaluation, negotiation, reporting, optimization, insight generation, billing, etc.), while also being a key touchpoint to stakeholders across the organization and the client for day-to-day management and support.

Compensation Range
$65,000—$65,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Present buys and post-analysis
- Manage the negotiation, presentation, and implementation of national television and cable schedules and digital video buys.
- Follow buying guidelines to establish goals.
- Monitors schedules requesting upgrades and bonus for make-goods and discrepancies.
- Allocate market funds across stations/groups.
- Facilitate good relations and flow of ideas with the sales management contacts.
- Assure that all buys for their accounts deliver the media strategy and investment specification.
- Maintain accurate records of buys, budgets, revisions, credits, etc.
- Manage and monitor clearance of discrepancies and accounting functions for their particular accounts on a timely basis.
- Monitor ratings and cost trends in assigned markets.
- Minimum of 1 years of industry experience
- Knowledge of the linear TV and OLV spaces
- Experience in DDS & Prisma (or similar system) managing linear TV & Digital inventory
- Comfort with basic media math
- Ability to train/manage Assistant/Jr. Associate level
- Microsoft office, especially Excel - Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
