Accounts Clerk
Location: Land of Canaan
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records, such as invoices
- Prepare bank deposits, and general ledger postings
- Enter financial data and post transactions on QuickBooks
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
- Constantly update job knowledge
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in an accounting role
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and QuickBooks desirable
- Completed CAT and currently pursuing ACCA or a degree in Accounting
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Good organization skills
