Finance Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete company payroll
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Upload NIS & PAYE for all companies Upload VAT returns
- Upload Form 2A
- Review and prepare payments for external contractors (as needed)
- Reviewal of cheque payments
- Update all cashbooks
- Monitor Stripe for incoming payments
- Verification of bank deposits
- Balancing of petty cash weekly
- Prepare and email BNS with quarterly documents for OD
- Create estimates and invoices
- Prepare vouchers for online payments as needed
- Accept payments in QuickBooks
- Prepare and email receipts as needed
- Assist with reaching out to clients for Who’s Who (WW) & International Business Conference (IBC) renewals
- Updating of Asset Sheet
- Prepare rental vouchers monthly
- Update IBC/WW spreadsheet
- Bank Deposits
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Well organized
- Work experience as a Senior Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
